Business Analyst

Would you like to work in a bank as a business analyst? 

We need to strengthen our small team with an additional Business Analyst. We are looking for a solution-oriented team player who would like to develop and maintain the Trade Finance service together with us!

• Refine, detail and anchor back log items. Take responsibility for requirements by detailing business needs to development requirements. Coordinate and participate in testing.
• Together with the team build and maintain high quality solutions and take full responsibility for its services.
• Contribute in networks, strategic initiatives and collaborate with colleagues within LC&I and other parts of Swedbank.

What is needed in this role:

• High analytical skills and preferably work experience from the financial industry.
• Confident in leading interpretations of upcoming regulations and market standards.
• You have financial business knowledge, combined with a technical understanding and are social and communicative both in written and in oral (in English).
• You are a strong team player and realize the value of working together to achieve common goals.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in an area where we explore and learn together.
• Experience of working agile, open-minded, pro-active a have a willingness to learn new things.
• Experience in testing and test management.
• Experience of Service management tasks is a plus as well as experience within the Trade Finance area.
