Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Communication with external partners and internal departments of the company.
- Analysis of the activities of the customer company's, identification of problems / new opportunities and their solutions.
- Overtake clients brought by sales team, to board them and to maintain relationship with them further.
- Issue welcome letters and provide clear instructions what to do next.
- To be intermediate between our technical support team and the merchant.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Understanding of the principle of operation of payment systems, on-line processing (what is PSP, Acquirer, refund, Chargeback, VISA / MC rules and regulations, etc.).
- Experience working with foreign companies.
- Customer focus.
- Analytical skills.
