Area

You will be part of the Communication and Culture team, working to establish the security culture in the bank and ensuring quality communication is conveyed to our stakeholders. You will primarily coordinate the delivery of the Security Culture Programme.

Our team has the unique opportunity to combine technical security topics with communication, training, and awareness to shape the security culture across the bank. We are very excited about our task and we are looking for an ambitious and determined colleague to help us drive the implementation of the Security Culture Programme.

Skills

  • You have a few years experience in information security, preferably from working with security training and awareness, and you understand the concepts of information security operations and risks
  • You have an agile mindset, being able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
  • You are self-driven, know how to manage your own time and how to make decisions, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
  • You are a problem solver, always ready to get your hands dirty and get excited by challenges because they give you the opportunity to come up with solutions
  • You have solid project and stakeholder management skills, being able to drive your own projects and to navigate a complex and changing organisation
  • You are used to working virtually and strive in a global environment, accommodating cultural differences.
  • You are an expert in PowerPoint and Excel

Mission

  • Developing and implementing security training and awareness campaigns, which focus on changing our colleagues’ security behaviors, both at work and at home
  • Implementing the phishing strategy and driving the operational implementation of phishing campaigns
  • Owning and coordinating relationships with both Subject Matter Experts across Security, and external training and awareness vendors
  • Establishing a security awareness network with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand risks and business goals
  • Measuring and reporting of training and awareness effectiveness, by gathering and compiling data from multiple learning platforms

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
