Learning Coordinator (Swedish speaker)

INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Administration of learning process in Sweden
• Support on coordinating global training programs
• Solving queries and providing advice to internal & external parties
• Providing consistent and positive service experience to managers, employees, HR & external partners
• Implementing improvements in the process and supporting other Lean activities

YOUR SKILLS & BACKGROUND:

• Fluent written & verbal Swedish and English
• Academic degree or relevant working experience would be considered as an advantage
• Self-driven, proactive personality with hands on mentality and reaching out to key stakeholders when needed
• Accuracy and great attention to details
• Structured and systematic way of working
• Passionate for excellent customer service
• Basics in SAP Success Factors is considered as an asset

Outokumpu office is located in Vilnius but we also offer the possibility to work remotely from other locations in Lithuania.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 EUR - 2400 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
