In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Take responsibility for setting up guarantee and/or sales support programs in co-operation with Baltic States and/or European Union institutions in order to support Swedbank group products for corporate customers;
• Create, maintain and develop positive and commercially useful relationships with guarantee program providers and internal counterparties;
• Organize and manage internal processes that influence guarantee and/or sales support programs (including reporting, capital requirements, sales support);
• Manage, inspire and lead direct subordinates (3 persons) in order to meet settled targets and activities.

What is needed in this role:

• Higher Education (preferably in the field of economy or finance);
• Quick thinking and ability to comprehend complex topics;
• Strategic mind-set combined with good networking and interpersonal skills;
• High degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance;
• Influencing and negotiating skills;
• Business acumen and strong orientation to achieve results;
• Previous experience of co-operating with financial or public institutions and/or managing large scale projects;
• Leadership skills both for direct (3 persons) and matrix teams (all Baltic Swedbank corporate segment).
