HR GENERALIST

• Search for specialists, hunting, evaluation of soft skills, motivation. Coordination with external recruiting agencies.
• Coordination of the onboarding process for new specialists.
• Implementation of the practice of mood monitoring and risk and value, ensuring their consistency and effectiveness.
• Providing retention of specialists, if necessary, proposing ways to solve the situation and ensuring motivation and retention.
• Promoting and supporting corporate culture, alignment with values, ensuring effective communication between specialists within teams.
• Organization of holidays, events, birthdays.
• Participation in international HR projects.

• Work experience of at least 2 years as HR Generalist / People Partner / Recruiter.
• Experience in filling vacancies of various levels of complexity.
• Knowledge of Lithuanian and English for free communication with international teams.
• Ability to identify and analyze the needs, motivation, goals of team members.
• Ability to identify and manage risks both at the personal level and in the team.
• Coordination with managers and motivation of the team to achieve common goals.
• The skill of building long-term, trusting relationships on a personal level.
• Skills in planning, organizing and conducting team events.
• Desire to grow and develop in the HR sphere.

• Experience in Fin Tech or IT sphere.
• Knowledge or practical skills in the field of psychology.
• Skills of promotion in Instagram and other social networks.
• Knowledge of spoken Russian.
