We will be looking for you to join the Communications and Creative team and lead the creation of all global brand design assets across a range of media including web, digital, print, and video. In this position you will define and run creative workflows that result in high-quality, timely deliverables; prioritize and assign all design tasks with the account manager. You will set and uphold the bar for high quality, insightful, and differentiating design work. You will serve as a strategic partner to internal partners, making brand and design thinking part of the strategic marketing process. You will drive the strategy for evolving WUBS visual identity and help set our brand design vision and team goals. You‘ll drive internal enablement and positive awareness of design trends, brand standards and processes, through a design culture of open collaboration, accessibility, and knowledge sharing. Collaborating with client teams from cross-functional teams (including Director level +), with a confident but always at ease and friendly approach. You will inspire and drive the in-house team of Designers and Project Managers with the ability to provide succinct feedback, and problem solve quickly, kindly and tactfully.

To succeed in this role, you must have a university degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in Advertising, Brand Management, or Creative Design (either client or agency side). You must also have an acute and nuanced eye for Photography, Design and Illustration, with an ability to tell stories and bring them to life in impactful, modern visual language. Fluency in the English language (verbal and written) is essential as well as strong communication skills are expected. You will have a proven track record in project management, excellent skills in sourcing on-brand stock assets, an in-depth understanding of Brands and how to be the guardian of creative excellence across all touchpoints. You will be an experienced team player and creative thinker who understands how to lead, support and develop in order to bring individual and team successes. It's expected for you to be an organized, conscientious individual who has that extra level of attention-to-detail, who understands the importance of continuously elevating work whilst balancing timelines and heavy workloads. You will be a self-motivated team player, with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The annual gross base salary range is 32,745 – 57,361 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
