Better requires process discipline and simplification

We'll be looking to use your knowledge and expertise to create, develop and maintain the Global Compliance online and offline training material for our agents around the world. In your role as Compliance Training Program Specialist. you will ensure the successful global training program oversight. You will design and develop high-quality, effective, targeted learning materials on Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, Anti-Fraud and other Compliance topics in order to help our agents comply with the global and local regulatory requirements. You will apply your knowledge to deliver & distribute the training materials via multiple delivery channels. Part of your functions will include to manage relationship with multiple Subject Matter Experts and other departments involved in Agent Training creation and delivery.

This role will involve a high level of communication skills and liaison with multiple areas of compliance, training, and SME groups to assist in implementation of solutions in line with key objectives and drivers. You will be participating in defining/adjusting our Agent Training Programs.

For such a pivotal role, we will require +3 years of previous experience preferable in training were applying adult education and/or within Compliance area. This position requires a self-starter who can drive a project from concept to completion with solid professional and/or administrative, decision making, analytical skills, and strong problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work cross functionally and to communicate effectively with stakeholders. InDesign knowledge and any other spoken language (aside from English- Lithuanian) are key abilities that will make you outstand in the role but are not mandatory requirements.

The annual gross base salary range is 19,556-26,459 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
