Job description:
- Supervise crew operational issues on a day-to-day basis;
- Supervise the performance of all cabin crew to ensure company requirements are attained;
- Proactive administrative support to the Head of the Cabin Crew;
- Development of policies and procedures to enhance company operations;
- Quality and performance control using company provided checklists;
- Lead by example in all dealings with crew community to motivate, inspire and win buy-in by creating an environment where all crew feel valued, empowered and have input.
Requirements:
- Secondary education;
- Fluent written and verbal English;
- Ability to work in dynamic atmosphere;
- Ability to plan, multitask.
