We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst who will help ensure maximum efficiency for their HR functions, from hiring to employee development. Join Total Rewards & People analytics team at Girteka Logistics!
Daily responsibilities:
- Take ownership over People data KPI dashboard
- Participation in SAP implementation
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insights
- Develop and implement data collection systems, tools for data processing and optimization
- Manage reporting on-request and periodically
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to optimize data collection and analysis processes
We expect you to have:
- At least 2 years proven analytical work experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and skills of using other statistics, analysis, or data display tools would be an advantage
- Working knowledge of SQL, VBA
- Willingness to work in a team and coordinate analytics colleagues
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze a large flow of information to ensure data accuracy
- Attention to details, diligence

- Base monthly salary: from 2145 € to 3215 € (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position
