Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be fully trained to support our Know Your Customer (KYC) operations by investigating and analyzing new customer accounts in order to make sure they meet all necessary requirements, legislation and policies. After gathering all required information about the customers, you will decide whether to pursue or terminate the business relationship with them. Here you will have an opportunity to work and develop in a professional multicultural environment.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

  • A high school degree is required, post-secondary education is preferred

  • Up to 1 year (or more) of experience in Operations, Know Your Customer, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering or relevant field

  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English

  • Initiative and commitment to overcome obstacles and meet the end goal

  • Ability to use analytical skills in order to identify problems and provide solutions

  • Flexibility and capability to work and prioritize effectively under stressful situations

  • Attentiveness to details and strong time management skills

  • Interest in KYC field and/or AML Compliance

The annual gross base salary range is 12,566 – 17,250 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
