Position Description
As an IT Project Manager, you will become part of international team and will play a team role in implementation projects of innovative solutions and enhancement deliveries to achieve targeted results. This role will require leadership, motivation, communication, conflict management; trust building, well-rounded development skills. Your future duties and responsibilities
• Manage projects of public customers
• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects
• Be responsible for project scope, time, budget and overall quality
• Coordinate resources and team members to ensure successful execution of projects

• University degree
• Analytical thinking
• Great communication skills and attention to details
• Result-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn new technologies, processes and procedures quickly and efficiently
• Fluent Lithuanian and English skills
