Better requires process discipline and simplification
As an Automation Developer, you are going to be part of a cross-functional automation squad that delivers complex process automation using appropriate tools and technologies. You will be working with industry-leading RPA, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and assisted automation software to build robust solutions that fulfill the team's quality standards and customer's business requirements. While building and testing the necessary components, you will strongly focus on reusability and ease of integration. To a lesser degree, you will also be expected to perform maintenance on existing automation whenever mandated by technical or business changes.

The annual gross base salary is from 27,874- 36,411 EUR. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
