Creative Project Coordinator

We seek a skilled Creative Project Coordinator to collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to deliver global marketing campaigns.

- Contribute to brainstorming ideas, developing concepts, planning, and producing deliverables for projects and various initiatives;
- Manage outsourced resources and creative materials quality proof-checking processes for the global market;
- Organize photo and video shoots for advertisements and other projects;
- Administer Creative and Brand Communication team purchases;
- Work with cross-functional teams while managing requests for the Creatives and Brand Communication team.

- You have strong marketing project management skills and are able to prioritize and adapt to changes in a timely manner;
- You have excellent English written and oral proficiency;
- You are organized and detail-oriented;
- You have experience in working with freelancers;
- You are proficient in Google Workspace and other project management tools;
- You are a creative problem solver, sharp-minded, curious and optimistic personality, eager to learn, ask questions and find the answers.
