People Partner

As a People Partner you will be in the front row of developing both Hostinger culture and the future leaders. This means acting as the person to-go-to for managers, who face challenges with team motivation, productivity and collaboration; being a trusted partner to Hostinger leaders on business necessities, and working closely with the People Team on analyzing company trends and metrics.

- Act as a trusted Partner to Hostinger leaders, by analyzing business and team's needs and recommending solutions to improve overall satisfaction and productivity;
- Work closely with team managers and employees in supporting, coaching to enhance employee engagement and motivation in their team;
- Evaluate how Hostinger culture and values are embedded in our daily work;
- Deliver analytics, surveys and research results through actionable insights;
- Build effective relationships and collaboration with team managers and HR partners to solve organizational problems;
- Demonstrate exceptional perception and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and challenges;
- Analyze internal and external survey results and carry out other actions to identify growth areas.

- Experience as an HR business partner (preferably in an IT company) and understanding of business challenges;
- Passion for leadership, professional development, employee relations, motivation and workforce management;
- Strong sense of ownership - designing, facilitating sessions, workshops independently;
- Open-mindedness and ownership & Flexibility - an out-of-the-box approach to different mindsets and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly;
- Courage and candidness - saying what you think even when if it is uncomfortable;
- Analytical thinking - solving problems using logical, systematic approach, and handling employee concerns professionally;
- An outstanding relationship builder with a strong collaboration skills;
- English skills (C1).

-Salary 2000-2500 Eur/month netto (depends on your experience).
