About the job
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is enthusiastic and has a keen interest, experience, and knowledge in AML and related areas. The successful candidate will demonstrate good organizational and management skills and will be able to deal with issues independently and as part of a team even when working under pressure with challenging deadlines.

Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain AML product-specific compliance standards
- Manage a team of compliance professionals – AML Operations Analysts
- Develop and execute product-specific AML training
- Performing quality assessment.
- Analyze, design, and maintain metrics as they relate to resource performance and programme effectiveness
- Performing enhanced due diligence, risk profiling and assessment on member account activities and transactions as generated by the group's AML system on time
- Maintaining and reviewing internal systems and controls and compliance-related documents
- Management Information (MIS) compiling of data and producing monthly reports and other ad-hoc reports as required for senior management
Skills and Experience
- Experience in AML team management
- Thorough understanding of financial crime, AML processes and procedures, and experience of reviewing due diligence information
- A strong understanding of the Financial Services Regulation and AML guidelines within the Lithuania is considered as advantage
- Good knowledge of data protection principles, AML, CTF & Sanctions,
- Attention to detail, with a methodical and organized approach
- Strong Excel skills; Ability to generate and present internal reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to understand regulatory processes
- Ability to self-motivate and work in fast changing environment.
- Undergraduate degree
- Ability to work in shifts
