Job description
• Controlling daily cards operations and transactions
• Processing and investigating of transaction errors
• Communicating regarding customers‘ cards with the cards’ providers and related 3rd parties
• Ensuring cards related issues are resolved in proper and efficient way.Investigating of transactions inquiries
• Providing data on cards KPIs
• Producing cards and cards operations related reports
• Interacting and communicating with other units to ensure smooth and effective operation
• Participating in the continuous improvement process
• Dealing with exceptional requests for customer satisfaction
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
• Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of cards products and infrastructure
