Responsibilities:
The aim of the role is to ensure high-quality delivery of IT services, manage IT service suppliers, consult, and support colleagues about IT matters.
- High-quality IT services to employees of organization under contracts signed with suppliers in terms of security;
- Support for IT service providers in dealing with the related matters within organization's internal processes;
- Strong obligations control of IT service providers;
- Planning and organization the purchases of new IT products or services;
- The control of IT budget;
- The analysis of user needs and selection of solutions to meet their requirements;
- IT changes and planning of infrastructure projects;
- Consult company’s employees about IT services’ related matters;
- Maintenance of information systems operating in the corporate group both directly and through subordinate companies.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of IT service management successful experience;
- ITIL knowledge;
- Experience working with Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS);
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Excellent communication (oral, written), planning, organizing, change management, problem solving, process management and development, relationship building /management skills;
- Very good Lithuanian and English language skills.

Our offer: Salary ranges for this position are from 1500 – 2500 Eur brutto (i.e. before taxes). We are honest and transparent so you can be sure that precise salary offered for you will be based on our predefined salary ranges and your qualifications, competencies and professional experiences which will fit this specific job position.
