Do you have experience in Project Management and are also interested in training field?
In Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) we are working towards a standardised way of training our colleagues and implementing changes. Training Within Industry (TWI) is the chosen method. For this we are looking for a Project Manager who will own the framework and in close collaboration with our FCP JI Master Trainer and colleagues in Process Delivery Center of Excellence – you will oversee the implementation and coordinate the sustainment activities.
In our team, we are responsible for providing training, documenting business procedures, and support the continuous improvement setup. Amongst other tasks, we are currently on the journey of streamlining our organisations’ training setup and implementing the TWI JI methodology for our 2,500+ colleagues distributed over ~160 teams. Then once the implementation is over, we then provide a sustainable maintenance setup in place to support FCP Operations.
You will join our team, which consists of ~17 collaborative and professional specialists that are part of a diverse support setup. Our teams focus on supporting the business, where you will work close with our FCP TWI JI Master Trainer, with a possibility to also get uptrained to a Master Trainer yourself.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Partake in the implementation of TWI JI methodology and training in FCP Operations
- Communicate with several stakeholders and create positive relations
- Create, design, drive and update the forums for TWI JI trainers
- Drive and maintain a reporting framework for the implementation going ahead
- Keen to become a Subject Matter Expert on TWI JI setup in FCP
- Promote TWI JI (communication and nudging)
- Maintain technical solutions (info site, knowledge hub, My Learning)
- Potential to get uptrained as a Master Trainer in TWI JI and also conduct trainings in the future
About you:
- Proven experience in project management
- Extensive stakeholder management experience of all levels of seniority
- Advanced English skills – both oral and written
- Great public speaking and presentation skills as well as the ability to gather, efficiently present, and visualize data
- Ability to see a holistic picture while maintaining attention to details and apply a methodological approach
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment and an open-minded approach
- Experience working within operational excellence, knowledge of Lean, process improvement would be beneficial
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
