We are:
Wix’s IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers, servers, hardware, software and events. We take care of everything from configuration, to control and maintenance, to troubleshooting and monitoring.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our professional global team.
You are:
An IT professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support and/or administration. You’re experienced in supporting a multi OS environment (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and you know your way in Active Directory/Azure/GSuite environments.
You’re also familiar with MDM solutions like Jamf/Intune/Google Device Policy and you understand networking concepts such as TCP/IP Stack, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP.
You have outstanding organizational and time-management skills and you can lead technical projects for new IT solutions.
Bonus points if you have experience with Palo Alto or Meraki networking solutions.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Run the day-to-day IT operations at the Vilnius office and provide professional and efficient IT support to Wix employees
- Manage onboarding / offboarding processes including for remote workers
- Work closely with suppliers, procurement team and finance team and take ownership of the IT procurement process
- Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, WiFi and other networking systems
- Manage all endpoint installations, upgrades and troubleshooting (for Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Configure and maintain all technical equipment, including computers, printers, switches, firewalls, routers, conference rooms, TVs, and back office systems
- Manage equipment inventory from evaluation and purchasing to maintenance and depreciation
