During the lockdown, we grew 4x and expanding more! To meet our ambitious goals, we are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (FREELANCE) to join our team in Vilnius (Lithuania).
What you will do:
• Process incoming last-mile partnership inquiries and convert them to clients;
• Manage communication and relationships with your responsible retailers & eshops worldwide;
• Manage communication and relationships with last-mile partners worldwide – notify about special offers;
• Update CRM on daily basis;
• Provide support to our clients via live chat and email;
• Quickly resolve the issues that arise;
• Monitor new opportunities for Brand growth.
What we expect:
• 2+ of customer support/account manager/sales experience;
• You are optimistic person with “can-do” attitude;
• English and Lithuanian – Advanced; German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese and other languages will be a plus;
• Excellent attention to details;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as in a team;
• Computer skills (MS Office). Also, you are easy with using various tech tools and apps;
• Experience with WordPress, 1C is a plus;
• You are result-oriented, independent and motivated person, who value your freedom and work-life balance.
What we offer:
• Monthly salary range is 900-1200 EUR (net). The final offer will depend on the skills and achievements;
• Part-time job option;
• Freelance contract;
• Most of the time - remote work. You need to come to office only for a monthly team meeting, or any time you need some inspiration and silence (we have a huge library of health & beauty literature);
