Digital Marketing and Content Manager

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing and Content Manager in Vilnius. As a part of an ambitious team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing projects mostly related to engaging investors with the educative content about investment services to fund real estate projects, also small and medium-sized businesses. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/sales.

Major tasks:

• develop cross-channel digital strategy to generate demand and nurture leads for the brand cross different markets/channels in Europe,
• manage multi-channel program including Google Ads, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc. to drive qualified leads aligned to the sales process and targets,
• the ability to create and manage content for distribution through digital channels/social media,
• cooperation with multiple networks and digital media sellers,
• manage marketing activities related to IT integration
• experience in creating and improving website content, experience in coordinating website development (UI/UX understanding would be considered as an advantage),
• identify trends and optimize performance based on the insights,
• brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Requirements:

• proven experience in digital marketing,
• strategic thinking with the ability to get into details and reach goals,
• proven track record of delivering data-driven performance with positive ROI,
• experience managing marketing automation programs and developing measurable reporting at multiple levels,
• at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, lead generation or demand generation,
• excellent English language skills,
• analytical thinking, ability to see a full picture of the project,
• working in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapting to changing tasks,
• focus on goals, timelines, and delivery.
