I am Rita Peleniene heading Supply Chain Operations department in Telia. We are responsible for supply chains of materials like Consumer Electronics (CE), Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), Networks and B2B Customer Solutions/Information & Communications Technology (ICT) equipment, ensuring:
Telia shall meet and exceed targeted customer expectations – creating competitive advantage and inspire customers;
Utilise cross border and cross company synergies and the best global practices to make sure the above happens within competitive cost levels.
Right now, we are looking for a Supply Chain Process Development Lead to support building supply chain excellence, enabling Telia, its customers, suppliers and partners to take advantage of the opportunities and manage challenges the upcoming wide-scale digitalisation brings.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
As a Supply Chain Process Development Lead you will be supervising a small team of supply chain process specialists with a main focus on supporting ongoing digitalisation and transformation for both processes and IT systems in Telia Lithuania.
Position is based in Vilnius and it involves tight collaboration with Telia units in other countries.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Leading the team and colleagues through a change journey enabling them to grow and fulfil their dreams while delivering targeted improvements and results to customers and company
Taking part in building the strategy and roadmaps for the supply chain
Creating relevant development, improvement and automation initiatives/projects and ensuring they are aligned with initiatives from other units and functional areas, as well as leading and executing those as a business owner while keeping all stakeholders well informed about the progress
Creating and gathering business requirements, aligning cross organisation and testing supply chain processes and involved systems end-to-end
Documenting, updating, maintaining and aligning descriptions of a current and future "to be" supply chain processes and their connections with other process areas cross Telia countries and companies
Ensuring relevant training materials and instructions are there to support the efficiency of day-to-day processes and ways of using systems
Supporting and challenging Telia units, companies and countries across supply chain operations with internal and external benchmark and best practice sharing

Your experience:
Over 5 years of relevant business experience in complex international companies and process development initiatives preferably for a supply chain
Great in leading, supporting, coaching and training colleagues
University degree in relevant field or equivalent education
Excellent communication in English (and Lithuanian) both written and spoken

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary in the range of 2700 – 3900 Eur gross (this is a reference range; exact salary will depend on your competences).
