Role

The Associate- Relationship Management works closely with and supports experienced Sales and Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue and ensure premium delivery of customer service in their assigned regions/line of business.
Responsibilities
- Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
- Prepare materials for customer meetings and support meeting follow ups
- Complete sales process admin; manage and update relationship management systems and tools
- Research and market intelligence
- Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
- Assist with customer enquiries and engagement related matters
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Pricing/Product, Billing/Collections teams
- Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
- Fluent in English and one other European language, e.g. French, German, Italian of particular interest
- Previous experience in the financial services industry and similar role is an advantage
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce advantageous - Self-motived, fast learner, and proactive attitude
- Flexible, resourceful with problem solving skills.
- Attention to details and able to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Engaging, able to connect, manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team
