Role

The Associate- Relationship Management works closely with and supports experienced Sales and Relationship Managers to increase mandates and revenue and ensure premium delivery of customer service in their assigned regions/line of business.

Responsibilities

  • Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings and support meeting follow ups
  • Complete sales process admin; manage and update relationship management systems and tools
  • Research and market intelligence
  • Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
  • Assist with customer enquiries and engagement related matters
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Pricing/Product, Billing/Collections teams
  • Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
  • Fluent in English and one other European language, e.g. French, German, Italian of particular interest 
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry and similar role is an advantage
    Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
  • Self-motived, fast learner, and proactive attitude
  • Flexible, resourceful with problem solving skills.
  • Attention to details and able to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Engaging, able to connect, manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team
    Good team player and having aspiration for high achievement
