ABOUT THE ROLE
SmartLynx are looking to recruit a Crew Contracts Manager to develop strategic plans for crew contracts, country specific employment and contracting models, streamlined HR processes and provide expertise with regards to crew resources, payroll matters and costs.
This position requires a dynamic, focused and results driven person to join the SmartLynx Crewing Company. This would suit a highly motivated self-starter who wants to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Carry out research and prepare general and regional contract models balancing cost, compliance, risk and reward
- Developing and maintain relationships with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers and customers within the crew supply domain.
- Creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners.
- Foreseeing and suggesting best ways of utilizing certain groups of crews depending on their contract model.
- Oversight of the day to day HR management of crews operating on a global scale including Employee and Contractor Relations, Payroll, Legal cases and processing of HR Regulatory Documents
- Overseeing ongoing disciplinary and grievance processes
- Management reporting
- Close liaison with Legal department to find best ways to satisfy international taxation matters.

- You have experience from legal and/or accounting in an international environment;
- You have good financial understanding;
- Excellent analytical skills are your top skills;
- Ability to communicate with impact is no stranger to you;
- You are fluent in English (both verbal and written);
- You have relevant HR / Business or Law Degree or Masters .
