Requirements for candidates

At least 3 years of experience in legal or compliance position.
Experience in the financial sector would be an advantage
Result oriented mindset
Ability to find creative solutions
Fluency in English and Lithuanian. Polish knowledge would be considered an advantage
At least a bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance or Economics

Job description

Identify and assess compliance risks, escalate them to the senior compliance specialists
Advise colleagues on compliance issues
Work with different departments to coordinate all reporting and other compliance requirements
Assist in implementing and performing client on-boarding procedure
Gather information regarding the compliance related issues
Draft compliance reports
Develop initial drafts and update internal rules in the areas of responsibility
Perform compliance monitoring activities
