Do you have an interest in understanding how Nostro and custody banks work and how this is connected to bank transaction flows? You have a great opportunity to pursue your career by joining the Nostro and Securities Reconciliation team acting in an area where the key focus is to control that cash flows and accounting of the bank and clients’ assets are correct all the time.

Nostro and Securities Reconciliation team is responsible for controlling that cash and securities transactions and balances in the bank own systems match corresponding entries and registrations on external Nostro and custody banks’ accounts, and collaborate with responsible departments per product and per market to ensure that identified discrepancies are investigated and timely solved.

We are looking for an Operations officer who would be responsible for reconciliation of assigned regions or banks transactions and balances, handling of highly automated data flow, collaboration with stakeholders solving identified data mismatches, and would be able to contribute to the continuous process improvement which is an integral part of team culture.

You will:

  • Ensure that all daily tasks are performed according to SLA agreements
  • Act as the point of escalation on reconciliations inquiries, breaks investigations
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Raise and assess risks, suggest actions for their mitigation
  • Drive innovation, re-engineer reconciliations process to achieve process standardization, improvement in controls, increase of efficiency

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
