HR PROJECT MANAGER

Your key areas of responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring the implementation of renewable energy projects and programs (managing documentation, communication, risks, stakeholders) in a timely manner and the agreed scope;
• Ensuring selection and adaptation of personnel for the area of renewable energy (searching for and recruiting candidates, developing competences of internal candidates);
• Ensuring business strategy of renewable energy personnel by engaging with and assisting managers;
• Initiating and implementing changes which are related to people or organization of activities and that are necessary to achieve or implement the strategy;
• Implementing and improving measures and programs related to recruitment, introduction, education, motivation of people;
• Ensuring uniform standards, principles and practices for working with people;
• Creating and fostering culture and identity that reflects the values of the organization.

• Have a degree (organizational psychology, human resources management, strategic management or business management);
• Have at least 1 year experience in managing HR projects;
• Have experience in personnel management;
• Have experience in energy field (desirable but optional);
• Have analytic and result-oriented mindset, critical thinking and creativity;
• Have attributes of a high emotional intellect – ability to solve emotion-related issues and apply correct measures and solutions;
• Have experience in a rapidly developing environment;
• Have great communication, cooperation and negotiation skills;
• Have great MS Office suite skills;
• Have excellent proficiency in English.
