Senior Material Management Specialist

I am Rita Peleniene heading Supply Chain Operations department in Telia. We are responsible for supply chains of materials like Consumer Electronics (CE), Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), Networks and B2B Customer Solutions/Information & Communications Technology (ICT) equipment.

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Material Management Specialist to support a team with B2B procurement.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

As a Senior Material Management Specialist, you will be working very closely with other business controllers and line managers in the organization.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Handling small and medium spot buying activities based on B2B customer needs

• Driving B2B non-assortment purchases' process

• Cooperating with suppliers, category managers, logistics and other stakeholders

• Ensuring high class service for internal customers

• Being involved in a supply chain systems development projects

• Improving a procurement process

• Determining team goals and assessing improvement

• Creating and distributing regular reports to management that show the progress of the work

• Representing B2B procurement team at company meetings

Your experience:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance or similar

• +2 years of relevant work experience

• Basic knowledge in accounting and reporting

• Analytical skills, excellent attention to detail as well as ability to see the bigger picture

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and very good knowledge in English

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary in the range of 1650 – 2200 EUR gross (this is a reference range; exact salary will depend on your competences).
