Supply Planner

I am Simonas Bartusevičius and I am leading the Supply Chain Operations team in Telia Global Services Lithuania. With over 500 team mates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company‘s competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

At Supply Chain Operations we started couple years ago from zero and now we are proud and valuable TEAM of Telia family. Right now, I am looking for a Supply Planner in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?

A key contributor to provide clear and justified supply plan proposals for decision-making, as well as seniority to execute essentials autonomously when needed. These proposals can be related to purchasing investment of newest technology devices, allocation of goods with restricted supply or action plans for risk mitigation assessments. As part of this role, you will also have end-to-end responsibility of Telia B2C products' supply planning to drive optimized balance with key business objectives. These objectives are especially the following: optimized availability in both sales channels (eCommerce and shops), efficient inventory management and lean material flows, raising the customer experience to a completely enhanced level, and contributing to our ambitious sustainable development targets.

Who are you?

You will work with key stakeholders internally including commercial key people, other Supply Chain roles and customer service teams. You act as a key contact towards our vendors and logistics service partners regarding supply plans and material steering. In case of sudden incidents, you act as a key individual in terms of coordinating and communicating efficient recovery actions. You will also be a contributor to Telia's cross-country steering of availability and supply risk management.

Your experience:

• Demonstrated capability to build and continuously improve IT-enabled planning and/or supply chain solutions, to evaluate and prioritize initiatives/projects, to ensure holistically working processes and ways-of-working

• Good communication skills, ability to proactively communicate to stakeholders the essentials in concise manner

• Business mindset and strong analytical thinking capabilities

• Experience how proactive and accurate planning can lead to excellence in logistics operations

• Preference: university degree in relevant field or equivalent education

• Excellent English – both written and spoken

We offer a monthly base salary from 1650 to 2450 plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results.
