SAP ERP Test Manager

An excellent Test Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in managing testing procedures. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional who is ready to create company level QA strategy from scratch and whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role (3+ years)
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Outstanding communication skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills
• Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
• Strong interest in advanced technology
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• SAP implementation project experience is an advantage
• ISTQB-ISEB or similar certificate is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Participates in requirements & user story reviews
• Responsible for creating and/or overseeing the creation and approval of project test cases, scripts and conditions
• Ensuring adherence to standardized testing policies, processes and documentation standards
• Leads development of test cases and test data in support of designed solution (based on business requirements)
• Coordinates execution of test cases, defect management, and adherence to test schedule
• Responsible for UAT
• Attend any meetings as required to execute the project, provide status updates to stakeholders
• Provides testing status reports
