Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern

Luminor’s People & Culture Division is searching for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Unit that is responsible for the sourcing and hiring of top talent.

We’d like you to be a quick learner and a team player that will take responsibility for supporting the team in different areas with a variety of tasks. We are looking for an intern ready to join as soon as possible, preferably already in January.

Responsibilities:

• Support in the selection process of talent coming to Luminor by helping the team with related tasks- including shadowing Talent Acquisition Partners, assisting with job postings, sourcing, and screening a variety of candidates
• Work as a part of a team in the coordination of Luminor’s TA presence in conferences, job fairs and similar events with the purpose of building company brand awareness between potential candidates
• Hands on experience working with our Employer Branding Department on big scale initiatives

Skills and experience:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an accredited university, field of study in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Be well-organized and display communication skills, allowing you to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Be capable of working independently, as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English and one of the Baltic languages
