Global Travel Tool Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague that enjoys interfacing with clients/stakeholders, working in a team-orientated environment where whose contributions are valid and rewarded.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own the activities to align the travel booking tool towards Intrum's business needs
• Act as a main contact person for employees and external vendors
• Create and maintain relevant files and databases
• Drive the support activities within company and our stakeholders
• Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel tool to meet the needs of Intrum employees and policies

About you:

• Proven experience in coordinating processes/projects. Experience in coordinating global projects would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Proactive mindset
• Good communication skills

Salary range:

1500 - 2000 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
