ERP Planning and Reporting Lead

We are currently on a lookout for Planning and Reporting Lead in our SAP Modernization Program‘s PMO team

The Program is one of the most important strategic IT and business transformation programs in LTG. The Program is changing how the organization works in areas like finance, supply chain, production, asset management (to name a few) and providing top shelf IT solution – SAP S/4HANA. All of the company‘s employees are affected


Driving planning activities on all Program and project planning levels (from the most aggregate down to team level)
Ensuring planning processes are not only documented but are running in every single Program team
Collecting and to knowing real-time the statuses of each teams‘ activities
Supporting the team leads as well as the Program manager with building and using reporting tools to track against the plan and other performance measures
Requirements


Has 3+ years of IT project management experience. System implementation experience – advantage
Has strong understanding of project management processes. A significant advantage is hands-on experience in planning and reporting, quality assurance and documentation management
Works independently, pro-actively with minimum amount of supervision
Has disciplined and structured approach to work planning, prioritization
Has strong, self-motivating personality with internalized stress management tools
Can deal with a large number of stakeholders by creating workable relationships
Has supervised growth of junior staff (optional)
Has PMP or PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification (optional)
