Do you constantly seek the best quality and have what it takes to control it?

If this describes you, then join newly formed Sanctions and PEP Screening (SPS) Quality Control team, which includes 6 people responsible for internal quality control implementation, execution and risk event (incident) management, and become a part of Sanctions Screening Continuous Development Unit (SSCD).

Currently Quality Control team supports screening operations with 3 main processes: Customer Sanctions Screening, Customer PEP Screening and Transaction Sanctions Sreening.

You will focus on day-to-day quality control and work hand in hand with teams from SPS department by doing daily checks, providing feedback on the go to individual employees and functions, improving process based on findings from quality control activities.

*Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority of the role.

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in AML field
  • Analytical mindset and attention to details
  • Ability to identify possible areas for improvements
  • Ability to communicate successfully across the organization
  • Good skills in providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with certain level of unknown
  • Higher education
  • Experience in SPS field would be considered as an advantage

Mission

  • Provide daily checking for accomplished cases and their quality
  • Ensure constant improvement​ of process based on finance and quality control
  • Deliver regular feedback to colleagues
  • Optimize the use of the quality tools and ensure improvements of the quality reports
  • Ensure close cooperation between Quality Control team, its stakeholders and other relevant departments in regards to quality management
  • Provide regular reporting to the management and stakeholders on related area

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
