Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution– Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and by email; identify and address client’s needs. Navigate the lead through the sales pipeline until you close it. That includes contract negotiations, overcoming objections and client onboarding.
  • Teamwork – Working closely with the relevant AeroTime teams in order to fulfill clients’ needs
  • Outbound & Inbound activities – including cold calling, cold emailing, and any other techniques necessary to fulfil customer outreach. Also receiving inbound calls from customers and responding to their inquiries, outlining our services/packages that are relevant to them.
  • Reaching KPIs– Consistently achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Sales Activity Reporting– Ensure timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information through our CRM.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting– Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells
  • Datamining- Search for contacts and companies who would be interested in our products & services.
  • Professional, personable, and good work ethics, with the desire to grow, share, and collaborate

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of B2B outbound sales experience
  • Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold calling
  • Ability to deliver on a sales budget
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Energetic, results oriented, self-motivated individual
  • People management skills to work with various departments internally as the need arises
  • Project management skills to keep on top of the work being done for the client.
  • Preparing client proposals, managing the process, implementation of client requirements and aligning teams within AeroTime for excellent delivery
  • Knowledge of aviation and/or media, marketing and digital products is desirable but not essential
