HR Manager is responsible for employee recruitment, relations, engagement and retention, as well as operational HR for our studio in Kaunas.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong partnership with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution

• Design, implement and supervise employment related policies and processes

• Adjust and implement coprorate gudelines, processes and procedures

• Develop, coordinate, monitor and guide recruitment process across the organization, with focus on mass-recruitment

• Refine, monitor and analyse the process of exit interviews/build relevant retention strategy

• Design and implement compensation & benefits approach and recognition initiatives

• Track key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding decisions and the quality of work

• Develop and control budget

• Identify the trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational climate, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions, and interpret complex analyses and tie analyses back to business priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a HR Manager with broad leadership experience in a fast paced, rapid growth organization
• Experience in mass-recruitemnt and employer branding       
• The ability to operate successfully in a high volume and fast-paced environment
• Strong local employment law knowledge is a mu
•  Analytical thinking demonstrated by the ability to solve problems using a logical, systematic, and sequental approach to professionally handle employee concerns
• Experience from building up HR operations in a combination of start-up and mature environment
• Ability to understand and translate data and trends and develop and operationalise plans that influence changes
• Outstanding relationship builder with strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills in both English & Lithuanian (spoken & written)
