ACCOUNTING TRAINING

• Best-in-market accounting training designed together with our partners will provide every participant with essential knowledge in the field. The training programme will be concluded by exam and authorized certification

PERSONAL MENTOR

• Experienced accountants will guide you every step of the way teaching you best practices, industry requirements and business scenarios along the way to get you up-to-speed to real-world accounting

PAID INTERNSHIP

• Each and every participant that will be welcomed to the Finance CrunchLab academy will be offered a paid internship at Telia Global Services Lithuania of 3,5 months with the ability to get full-time job offer at the end of the academy

FULL-TIME JOB OFFER

• Best of the best academy students will have an opportunity to become members of one of the most advanced finance operations competency hubs in Lithuania

Requirements for Finance Academy Participants

• At least B2 English language proficiency

• At least 2 years of Bachelor's degree finished (finance, economics, business administration or similar)

• Can-do attitude and strong motivation to start and propel your career in Accounting

Program coordinators will assess and select candidates all candidates via personality tests, motivational letters and fields of interest. 

HOW IS IT GOING TO WORK?

Application & Selection 30th of November – 15th of December 

Apply by filling the form and writing a motivational letter – most aspiring candidates will be selected to continue the Finance CrunchLab journey

Training & Mentorship 6th of January – 21st of January

Participants are taking part in development program which concludes with final exam with certification

Paid Internship 24th of January - 15th of April

Students of the program are offered full-time jobs as accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting specialists at Telia Global Services Lithuania. Best students of the whole program, after an internship will get an opportunity for a full time job.
