IT Service Manager

My name is Ričardas Morkūnas and I am leading the Enterprise Reporting in Common Products and Services Telia IT. With over 500 teammates in IT, network, analytics, software development, procurement, HR and finance operations, we are the Telia Company competency hub working with cutting-edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics. At Enterprise Reporting we have an ambition to create best in class solutions and next level customer experience by full utilization of Data Warehouse capabilities. Right now, I am looking for IT Service Manager in Vilnius.

Self-leadership and true independent service ownership are the key success components within this role. Besides daily operations we expect you to drive team development and set high delivery standards in DevOps ways of working.

We expect that you:

• Be true IT partner for business on identifying and understanding business needs to drive joint development strategy and agenda;
• Be IT solution owner (SAP) responsible for managing DevOps team and service budget;
• Develop Click reporting capability;
• Ensure that our services are provided with data quality and in line with our architectural frameworks and methods;
• Participate in integration IT Roadmap and architecture strategies planning and execution;
• Negotiate and agree underpinning contracts with the Business and third-party support organizations;
• Provide IT services according to agreed SLA's OLA's and KPI's (including reporting);
• Ensure that IT Services and/or service chains are functioning properly and being developed towards improved efficiency;
• Secure service readiness transition (development to production);
• Make sure that IT Priority and Group Risk & Controls actions are performed timely so that IT compliance is secured;
• Support stakeholders with service knowledge while collecting functional and non-functional requirements.

Is this you?

Perfect candidate for this position must have proven record of both technical and soft skills. You have good understanding of Data platforms and business processes.

• Learn new knowledge quickly and use current knowledge in flexible ways.

Your experience:

• You have experience in IT/Telco delivery of Application Services specifically in the Data Warehouse and reporting space;
• Have Bachelor degree in IT or telecommunications field;
• ITIL knowledge (certification);
• Practical experience in agile way of working (Scrum, SAFe).
