Do you have strong competencies in business change & working across multiple domains & business units? Then you will thrive in the role as Programme manager in our newly established agile execution unit which bridge classic Programme Management with Agile leadership.
As a Programme Manager you will drive the most complex and strategic programmes(Themes) that cuts across multiple Tribes and units outside the Tribe landscape.
Your role will be to have a holistic view of the entire programme and have a close and ongoing dialogue with all the stakeholders across the bank that needs to come together to deliver on the given programme. You will at all times be on-top of where the different delivery units stand on their individual sub-deliveries (Initiatives) and you will as a servant agile leader help where you can to clear programme related impediments and proactively highlight key dependencies.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who, comes with experience from large strategy implementation or implementation of complex organizational change, and is looking to make an impact with an agile mind-set. You bring an optimistic and can-do attitude that enable you to keep going, when things are tough while never losing sight of what is needed for your overall programme to become a success.

You will become part of a team with 6 Programme/Project Managers who are specialized in driving agile Themes, projects and large programmes within the banks Technologies & Services organization.
Our team is part of a newly established centralized hub of project & programme management capabilities uniting 80+ highly skilled professionals. We drive and execute on key bank-wide initiatives by applying best practices to transform strategy into sustainable results & benefits for the Bank.
Skills
- Experience from a similar position with 5+ years of experience with complex change and full lifecycle management of strategic large-scale programmes, potentially in an agile set-up
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive level stakeholders & facilitation skills
- Organised and methodical in general approach to work
- Strong communication, leadership and conceptual management from strategy to implementation
- Change planning – having a pragmatic approach to assessing priorities
- A university degree
- IPMA B, PMP, MSP/PGMP or equivalent certification
- LeSS, SAFe or other agile certifications would be beneficial
- Experience from the financial industry, agile experience as well as experience in organizational implementation is an advantage

- Agile leadership – combining classic Programme Management with agile delivery units (Tribes and CoE’s) as well as other delivery units in the bank
- Programme team leadership including coaching and development of individuals to help foster the next generation of high performing change agents
- Engagement with executive stakeholders in the business and acting as an execution partner
