Finance Manager (CFO)

Avia Solutions Group Family members observe and adhere to the principles of efficiency, flexibility, and a client-focused dedication to delivering support whenever and wherever it is required.
We are looking for a new Family member to join our Finance team in the office located in Vilnius and support Real Estate business unit!
As a CFO, you will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. We expect you to provide strategic leadership and coordination in the company's administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting efforts. In addition, the chief financial officer is accountable for developing a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
We expect you to have a key role in supporting our management, following up on business results and improving processes within our local team. You will be an important member of our management team, reporting to the CEO of the company and in a dotted line - to CFO of Avia Solutions Group.
We are preparing ourselves for some big changes, so it’s important that you have a solution-oriented approach, no matter if the problem has to do with operational details, short-term tactics, or long-term strategic vision.
You are the perfect match for us when you have:
- +5 years of experience in various finance roles, knowledge of Real Estate area is a valuable advantage;
- Strong knowledge in accounting; experience in IFRS is a plus
- Strong knowledge in annual accounts
- Prior experience in financial forecasting and planning
- Prior experience of working in an international environment
- Good knowledge of financial systems
- Fluency in Russian and English
