INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

Having successful experience of almost 20 years in professional aviation training, we are now operating globally and always looking for new ventures and developments to be implemented and achieved. Since the pandemic has showed us different ways of learning, we are now looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Online Training Projects team. Your job will be to in build new world-class content and programs, and you will design, develop, and release curricula and content that enables us to be at the top of the game with varied new products.

We promise a place for you to contribute and be enabled with a wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• End-to-end design, development and release digital learning content for BAA products using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to fit the needs of our learners within a fast-paced, continuous delivery environment.
• Partner with subject-matter experts and other colleagues from all departments  to create continuous learning and onboarding content needed.
• Regularly revise, update, and enhance current training content and learning assets to reflect product changes, updates to learning paths, and new releases.
• Upload and support learning content on Moodle Workplace learning management system.  
• Recommend instructional standards, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plans.
• Provide clear timelines through all phases, communicate with key partners and stakeholders, and select appropriate measurement for successful implementation.
• Recommend and implement solutions to address knowledge gaps.
• Work according to approved company processes.
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.

• Shows proven track record of designing high-quality interactive online learning using Articulate (Storyline or Rise), Adobe captivate or other e-learning authoring software.
• Is experienced in building multi-media assets such as graphics and videos (Animation/Live-action) preferred.
• Has proven background in Agile and ADDIE methodologies.
• Has strong project management and organizational skills
