We are looking for a proactive and collaborative colleague with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and guide other colleagues through the newly-launched industry leading expense management tool – SAP Concur.

You would be welcomed to a newly formed and growing Expense Management team. As a part of the team, you will be working with expense requests created by Danske Bank employees.

You will:

  • Handle claims from employees
  • Communicate and guide our colleagues via e-mail, chat or call
  • Create, develop, and update documentation and procedures
  • Maintain and improve quality in service delivery
  • Have a possibility to support Concur implementation project, participate in new initiatives
  • Collect and act on feedback or suggestions for improvement

About you:

  • You are customer-oriented, willing to take ownership, and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Team-player with a positive attitude and CAN-DO mind-set
  • Pro-active, and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented and have a critical mindset
  • Have great time management skills
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Higher education
  • Work experience in an international business center would be an advantage

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
