OUR CLIENT – Aggressive Capital is an investment management boutique licensed by the Bank of Lithuania and specializing in real estate and other alternative investments. The company's goal is to become a leader in the Lithuanian capital market, by offering alternative investments to non-professional investors.
Aggressive Capital is currently operating Retail Opportunity Fund, which is developing new stores for largest supermarket chains in Lithuania. In addition to that, the company is creating a new investment product - an apartment rental fund for retail investors, which will offer all the same benefits as buying an apartment to rent, but with professional asset management and diversification on a nationwide basis.

• Implementation and improvement of the Fund's strategy;
• Representation of the Fund to external partners;
• Researching markets and searching for top investment opportunities based on Big Data analysis;
• Construct a portfolio of housing from individual acquisitions;
• Development of an apartment administration model.

• University degree;
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in real estate investment/asset management;
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking;
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and other organizations;
• Good judgement and decision-making skills;
• Computer literate;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
