Head of Business Analytics is responsible for the review of financial data, establishing and monitoring
financial models for decision support.
Position is in Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius)
Responsibilities:
- Lead role in the maintenance and constant improvement of current project’s & resources
budgeting process - Establishment of 12 month rolling revenue & costs budgeting processes
- Lead KPIs automatization process
- Financial compliance control against financial covenants and company’s strategic metrics
- Evaluating and managing financial and business risks
- Timely, relevant, and accurate reporting & analysis of the actual results against historical,
budgeted, forecasted results to facilitate timely decision-making - Enforce improvements across operational departments in revenue and expense coding per
various dimensions (project, country, service, role, etc.) - Accuracy and compliance control of all the company’s foreign accounting branches
- Closely work with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Recommendation actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
- Analysis of projects profitability calculation and employee utilization report
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Finance or Business Management
- 3-5 years work experience in Business/Finance Analytics
- Experience on working with Business Intelligent tool such as power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar
- Proficient knowledge of IFRS and consolidation process
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Good time management and well-developed leadership skills
- Ability to liaise and enforce compliance across large geographically and culturally disparate groups
- Fluency in English is a must; intermediate or higher level in Russian is a plus
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate the initiative to find solutions, prioritize
and exercise discretion
