Are you self-driven professional? Do you like to work with important customers, participate in meetings with customers and support them?

Join us as in the Custody Support team!

You would be responsible for customers onboarding and support for Danish, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian markets, you will be in close communication with stakeholders and various other teams, coordinating different activities related to important customers of the bank.

We expect you to be a team member who loves customer contact and comes up with improvement ideas to benefit our customers and the bank. You will have plenty of opportunities to take ownership. Above all else, we value good team spirit, collaboration and positive attitude.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

• Provide support to the stakeholders and other teams
• Coordinate customer onboarding and different custody set-ups
• Participate in meetings with customers
• Maintain and improve quality to ensure best our customer’s experience
• Participate in various team projects within the bank

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience of banking operations
  • Experience of work as Client Service manager or Custody Officer would be a big advantage
  • High level of pro-activity, accuracy and attention to details
  • Full English proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Higher education (in Finance, Economics, or relevant field would be an advantage)

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
