As Customer Success Manager (B2B) your responsibilities would be:
- Act as the main point of contact within the organization for your partners
- Develop strong relations with relevant stakeholders within your partner’s organization
- Daily close consultative approach to fulfill customer needs
- Analyze partners needs and requests and then translate them into tasks to be undertaken by the product division within the company
What will make you successful in this role?
-1+ year of experience in Account Management working with international customers or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work night / weekend shifts
- Experience working with an online business
- Client- facing work experience
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and work well under pressure
- High business and service orientation
- Strong analytical and problems solving abilities
- Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, detailed oriented
- Basic knowledge about web technologies is an advantage
- Previous experience in project or product management is advantageous
