We can work well together if you

  • possesses successful experience in the role of an HR Manager or HR Business Partner for, at least, 4 years;
  • speaks English fluently;
  • understands full employee lifecycle and experienced with different HR processes (adaptation, performance review, training, professional development planning, retention, etc.);
  • takes interest to how business operates and develops;
  • demonstrates individual approach to everyone you interact with;
  • capable of making independent decisions and taking responsibility;
  • takes care for the high quality of your work and team results;
  • thinks positive and shows proactive attitude.
