- possesses successful experience in the role of an HR Manager or HR Business Partner for, at least, 4 years;
- speaks English fluently;
- understands full employee lifecycle and experienced with different HR processes (adaptation, performance review, training, professional development planning, retention, etc.);

- demonstrates individual approach to everyone you interact with;
- capable of making independent decisions and taking responsibility;
- takes care for the high quality of your work and team results;
- thinks positive and shows proactive attitude.
