Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze business information requirements and communicate with end users to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, data quality and performance
Extract Customer Success organization's raw data from various company data sources, unify and clean data
Efficiently manage data warehouses for data blending (various data sources)
Prepare in a timely manner periodic and custom reports for various target audiences
Constantly supervise and spot-check data, and provide insights for data quality improvements to other departments (data sources)
Provide insights and notable remarks in order to help management make effective decisions
Proactively work on data processing automation, continuously develop BI tools, such as Tableau
Requirements:
1 year experience as a Business Analyst or Quality/Process Analyst
Experience in creating and implementing BI products
Experience in data modelling
Strong analytical and logical thinking
Demonstrated ability to meet timelines and organize working time efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Possesses soft skills to navigate through the organization, knowing who to engage and bring together in order to create new or improved processes, helping to improve data quality
Is familiar with standard BI methodologies and tools
