WHAT WILL YOU DO

•  You will update, distribute documents, forms, and manuals related to Flight Operations;
•  Ensure that aircraft documentation is compliant with regulations, including onsite/remote audit;
•  Arranging necessary documentation delivery worldwide with A to B follow-up;
•  Manage aircraft manufacturer Flight Operations manuals;
•  Ensure only approved documentation is distributed to copyholders;
•  Monitor and perform aircraft Block hours, Flight hours utilization updates in Operations Control system;
• Support Flight Operations engineering team and EFB admin on different tasks.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

• You should have previous work experience in the Flight Operations department;
•  Experience working in Webmanuals, Airbus FODM software will be considered as an advantage;
•  University graduate or started higher education (degree in Logistics or Aviation, Airline Operations, or Pilot license, or ATC Control license will be considered as an advantage);
•  You should have good planning skills that go along with proper time management and flexibility;
•  You should be a mature and stress-resistant person with good communication skills;
•  Good knowledge of MS Office skills is essential for this role;
•  Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
•  You should have good analytical and problem-solving skills;
•  Good teamwork skills;
• You should have the ability to work independently, be proactive and come up with solutions when required.
